How do I create an account?

Download Vybe Social from the App Store, tap "Sign Up", and create your account with an email address and password. You can customize your profile right away.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the email associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

What is Vybe Pay?

Vybe Pay is a peer-to-peer payment feature within Vybe Social. It allows you to send and receive money with friends directly in the app. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can add funds to your wallet via credit/debit card and send money to any Vybe Social user by their handle.

What is Vybe+ and what does it include?

Vybe+ is our premium subscription ($9.99/month) that unlocks enhanced features including 200 AI messages per day, unlimited dating swipes, HD reel uploads, priority support, an exclusive profile badge, and AI companion memory.

How do I cancel my Vybe+ subscription?

You can manage or cancel your Vybe+ subscription through your Apple ID settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Vybe+. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I report a user or inappropriate content?

Tap the three-dot menu on any post, profile, or reel and select "Report". Choose a reason for your report and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

How do I block someone?

Visit the user's profile and tap the three-dot menu, then select "Block". Blocked users cannot see your profile, posts, or send you messages. You can manage blocked accounts in Settings > Blocked Accounts.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full credit card details. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > scroll to the bottom > tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your profile, posts, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You can also email support@vybesocial.net to request account deletion.
